Disney Tangled Cake with Boat Ride Scene

My daughter's 2nd Birthday is coming up so I wanted to practice this cake.  I need to work on the tower and I want it to be a different color.  I want to add more flowers and some windows on the tower.  I like the grass with tip #233 but I need to practice with the drop flower tip #106.
Cake: 1 box chocolate cake made with coconut instead of vegetable oil.

Halloween Cupcakes

More practice with the 1M swirl!  Used leftover frosting from the pumpkin spice cake.

Pumpkin Spice Cake

My first cake!  :)  It turned out pretty.  I need to practice the border and I didn't like the Tip #789 for making patterns on the side of the cake, but it was delicious!  This was a practice cake for my daughter's upcoming birthday.  I wanted to practice filling, torting, crumbcoating, and decorating.  I really need to work on a border for the bottom of the cake.  We ate this for our Halloween celebration so it was a pumpkin spice cake with orange colored cream cheese buttercream frosting.  It was dry to the touch, so at first I rubbed it with a paper towel to transfer the pattern, but after realizing I had enough frosting for more swirls, I added more!

Cake Recipe:  1 box spiced cake mix, 1 can pumpkin, 2 eggs - mix together.  Put in two 8" cake pans.  Bake for 35 minutes.
